Emerson Process Management has acquired Missouri City, Texas-based EIM Controls Inc., a manufacturer of high-quality valve actuators. EIM will join the company’s Valve Automation division, expanding Emerson’s electric actuator portfolio while strengthening the company’s applications for FOUNDATION™ Fieldbus and other major bus protocols.
The addition of EIM Controls brings into the Emerson portfolio electric actuators in both multi-turn and Quarter-turn configurations.
