Emerson Process Management maintains a broad inventory of refurbished spare parts for most of the aging Westinghouse turbine and generator control systems. With expedited service, most parts are available within 24 hours without the use of expensive courier services.

We also offer economical and dependable troubleshooting and repair of excitation and turbine control system components. Our standard “turn-around” time for board repair is twelve weeks with options for expedited service. Standard repair includes description of failed components. A detailed Failure Analysis service is also available on a “case by case” basis.

Annual Maintenance

Our Field Service Engineers and System Specialists perform functions such as, but not limited to, installation, annual maintenance, board repair, emergency service and emergency telephone consulting for voltage regulators, static exciters, and traditional analog and digital control systems.  Complete verification and test documents are provided for archive purposes for annual maintenance check-outs.
