TESCOM Repair & Return

TESCOM will accept equipment for repair provided either the local distributor or TESCOM customer service has been contacted and a Return Authorization (RA) number has been issued. This number must appear on all accompanying documentation regardless of the reason for return.

Information required on RA:

1.      Part number
2.      Serial number
3.      Reason for return
4.      Inlet & outlet pressure
5.      Service Media (no RA number will be issued without this information)
6.      Contact information
7.      Instructions

TESCOM’s no response return policy has a 30-day limit on holding an RA after notification of completed evaluation and/or repair price quote.

Get an RA number

Contact your local TESCOM representative. If you do not know your local TESCOM representative, select Locate a Sales Office.
