Servomotor Body Resistance: 5, 20, and 100 bar / 72.5, 290, and 1450 psig
Overpressure Set Ranges: 0.03 to 80 bar / 0.44 to 1160 psig
Underpressure Set Ranges: 0.01 to 80 bar / 0.15 to 1160 psig
