Software Lifecycle and Support Flexibility Extended Software Support provides you with the flexibility to choose the level of software (hotfix) support that best applies to your operational needs and capital budget. Extended Software Support (ESS) is a service option available to Guardian Support subscribers, providing more flexibility for implementation of DeltaV software upgrades
Starting the v10, ESS offers an extended period of software (hotfix) support of up to 5 years from the General Release date of a specific DeltaV version. ESS is also available in abbreviated form for v8.4.2 and v9.3.1. |
