Smart Wireless THUM™ Adapter with Connection Box
The Smart Wireless THUM™ adapter is integrated with a connection box, which allows the THUM adapter to be installed on a 2-in. pipe or railing, away from the radar gauge at the best possible tank roof position. The THUM acts as the wireless data link between the radar level gauge and a Smart Wireless Gateway in a WirelessHART™ network.

Installation
The THUM adapter is integrated with a connection box. This assembly can be vertically or horizontally installed on 2-in. pipes. It is delivered with an M20 cable gland or a ½ NPT adapter for conduit connection.
ElectroMagnetic Compatibility (EMC)
Meets all relevant requirements of EN 61326-1 (2006) when installed with shielded wiring.
Vibration Effect
Output unaffected when tested per the requirements of IEC60770-1 field with general application or pipeline with low vibration level (10-60 Hz 0.15 mm displacement peak amplitude ⁄ 60-500 Hz 2g). When the THUM Adapter is used on wired devices that are subject to vibration levels greater than 2g, it is recommended that the THUM Adapter be remotely mounted.
