Still-pipe installation is particularly suitable for applications with highly turbulent liquids, or liquids with very low dielectric constant which give weak radar reflections (such as LPG).

A 1- and 2-in. still-pipe antenna version is delivered together with a still-pipe, a deflection plate and necessary fittings (no need for welding).

These still-pipe gauges are suitable for clean liquids only.
