X-STREAM™ Process Gas Analyzer

The X-STREAM process gas analyzer delivers the analytical tools necessary for precise, accurate gas analysis in a wide variety of applications and environments. Its comprehensive package sets X-STREAM apart from other analyzers by offering multi-component analysis using infrared, ultraviolet and visible (NDIR/UV/VIS) photometry, paramagnetic and electrochemical oxygen, and thermal conductivity sensor technologies for consistent, precise process gas measurement.

X-STREAM analyzers measure up to four components in various combinations, and its versatile design allows physical benches to be installed in their own compartment, separate from the electronics.

Multiple Housing Configurations

The X-STREAM is available in four housing configurations: general purpose, compact general purpose, field housing, and flameproof.

X-STREAM General Purpose Process Gas Analyzer (X2GP)

General Purpose Configuration (X2GP)
A rack-mountable analyzer features a separate purge for the physics and electronics.
X-STREAM Compact General Purpose Process Gas Analyzer (X2GK) Compact General Purpose Configuration (X2GK)
A rack-mountable analyzer that minimizes the space required for cabinet installations with its 1/2-19 inch housing. Supplied with a transportation handle, it enables mobile measurements.
X-STREAM Field Housing Process Gas Analyzer (X2XF) Field Housing Configuration (X2XF)
A wall-mountable analyzer with IP 66 / Type 4X stainless steel housing featuring type-approved pressurization system and non-incendive solution for hazardous areas. Available in single- and dual-compartment configurations.
X-STREAM Flameproof Process Gas Analyzer (X2FD) Flameproof Configuration (X2FD)
A wall-mountable analyzer featuring painted cast aluminum housing certified for ATEX and CSA-C/US hazardous areas.

The X-STREAM features:

  • IntrinzX intrinsically linear photometric technology:
    • High sensitivity for the toughest measurements.
    • Exceptional long-term stability saves maintenance time and expensive calibration gases.
    • Large dynamic ranges minimize measurement channels.
  • Superior environmentally hardened field-mountable housings:
    • Closer to the process for faster response time and better process control.
    • Often eliminates the need for long, heated sample lines and costly shelters.
  • Common platform for ease of ownership.
  • Low maintenance with field repairability.
  • DeltaV connectivity via ModbusRTU
