Model 404 ENDURANCE™ Low Flow Conductivity Sensors
- SENSOR AND FLOW CELL combined in a single body
- FAST RESPONSE to changes in conductivity and temperature
- INITIAL CALIBRATION NOT REQUIRED. Pre-determined cell constant ensures out-of-the-box accuracy.
- CELL CONSTANTS: 0.01, 0.10/cm

The Model 404 sensor is intended for the determination of conductivity in clean water. The sensor and flow cell are combined into a single package. Because the flow cell has a very small holdup volume, response to sudden changes in conductivity and temperature is rapid.
The Model 404 sensor is available with either a stainless steel or PVC flow cell. The electrodes are titanium, and the sensors are available with cell constants of 0.01/cm and 0.1/cm.
The maximum temperatures are 212°F (100°C) for the stainless steel flow cell and 140°F (60°C) for the PVC flow cell. The pressure limit for the stainless steel option is 100 psig (791 kPa abs). The maximum pressure for the PVC option depends on temperature. At 140°F (60°C) the limit is 20 psig (239 kPa abs).
The stainless steel sensor has 3/8 inch tubing compression fittings. The PVC sensor uses barbed fittings that accept 3/8 inch ID soft tubing. The fittings can be removed to leave ¼ inch FPT ports. |
