The Rosemount 5400 Series is a loop-powered device that supports FOUNDATION™ Fieldbus and the analog 4-20mA with superimposed HART® as output. This ensures easy installation into your existing control system and reduced cabling costs. It can be configured using Rosemount Radar Master, the 275/375, AMS™ or any other DD- or EDDL-compatible host-system.

The 5400 Series powers the PlantWeb® architecture and takes full advantage of FOUNDATION™ Fieldbus. It increases your plant’s uptime by providing backup-LAS functionality. The 11 function blocks (6xAI, PID, ARTHM, SGCR, ISEL, OS) enables advanced control loops in the field.
