Introducing the New and Improved SupportNet

In our continuing efforts to improve your user experience, we invite you to visit the newly designed SupportNet.
In addition to a great new look, the rejuvenated Supportnet homepage is easier to use and navigate.  Whether checking the status of a recent ticket or downloading product manuals for more in-depth information, our new centralized home screen makes everything available within a click or two. The user experience has been enhanced and streamlined to help support your requests, questions, and get product information faster.

Here are some common questions that you may have:

What’s new with SupportNet?

A complete redesign to enhance the user experience by reducing navigation time through a brand new centralized home screen.

With a redesigned SupportNet, is there any functionality that changed?

No, all of SupportNet’s functionality has remained the same; we just made enhancements to make the user experience more friendly and convenient.  

Will I lose all my tickets, product downloads and training with a new change?

No, all information will still be available.

Will I have to re-register my username and password?

No, however Emerson will periodically make you validate your credentials to keep your information up to date

Why are the product manuals now on SupportNet instead of the public website?

To best serve you and spend less time searching, we re-organized and categorized all Remote Automation Solutions products and thought it was best to put all technical information in a centralized place. Now you won’t need to open a new tab, or go to three different websites to find all the significant documentation you are looking for. All technical and product related-information is located under each specific product. We did this in order to maximize our focus, expertise and serve you better.

Can I still purchase a SupportNet Plus package for increased information?

Yes, SupportNet Plus is for our users who require added access to our downloads, top level information and advanced education material. For a small yearly fee, users are entitled to more advanced information access at their fingertips.
