SupportNet Registration Notes
Beyond the basic SupportNet services, users can access enhanced features by subscribing to either SupportNet Express or Plus.

To register a customer for SupportNet Plus, you must also place a purchase order through your sales office. To locate the sales office nearest you, click here.

SupportNet Plus customers ("subscribers") have the ability to view all tickets for other users in their company. This will only work if all users have SupportNet accounts with exactly the same company name. Therefore, you should resubmit this form for each intended user at the company who does not have a SupportNet account.

ROCLINK Ownership: For a subscriber to view the password to unzip downloaded ROCLINK files, proof of ownership of one copy of either ROCLINK for Windows or ROCLINK 800 is required. Provide this ROCLINK serial number (or the number of a purchase order for ROCLINK) in the last field above.

Access to the SupportNet site is limited exclusively to users registered with SupportNet. Users of the former Bristol technical support site will need to register with SupportNet.
