Micro Motion Return Policies 
Micro Motion return procedures help us provide a safe working environment for our employees. These procedures must be followed to meet the legal requirements of applicable U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. Failure to follow these requirements will result in your equipment being refused delivery.

Return procedures and all required forms are provided below. To return equipment, read the appropriate procedure or contact the Micro Motion Customer Service Department during business hours:

New-and-unused versus used equipment
Only equipment that has not been removed from the original shipping package will be considered new and unused. New and unused equipment includes sensors, transmitters, or peripheral devices which were shipped as requested by the customer but are not needed, or were shipped incorrectly by Micro Motion.

All other equipment is considered used. Used equipment must be completely decontaminated and cleaned before being returned. All foreign substances that have come in contact with the equipment must be documented.

Get an RMA number

A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained prior to returning any equipment to Micro Motion for any reason. To obtain an RMA number, contact the Micro Motion Customer Service Department, during business hours, at the phone numbers listed above.
