Know the Instrument & Valve Services OMDP Fast Facts:
- The program duration ranges between 18-36 months. The length of your tailored program is determined by both business need and participant relocation preference
- Program participants are assigned a mentor who will provide continuous feedback and support throughout the program.
- The program includes three rotational work assignments within the Fisher Controls Industry Sales Development and Support organization as well as work assignment in our Rosemount Customer Central organization.
- You’ll receive cross-functional training, including several 3-4 week field service assignments, which will help equip you with working knowledge of our products, industry specifications, and maintenance repair capabilities, as well as gain local interaction work experience with our Local Business Partners and direct sales network.
- In addition, you will be introduced to other areas of operations, such as Financial Analysis (i.e., budgeting, forecasting) and Human Resources (i.e., recruiting talent), which are critical topics of focus intended to augment existing skills necessary to be a successful leader within Instrument & Valve Services.
- Real world business and operations work experience
- Engineering or technical degree from an accredited college or university
- Strong business management interest, work ethic and willingness to learn
- Solid leadership and interpersonal skills
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent analytical skills
