  • Entry Level Technicians troubleshoot and repair instruments, products, and systems, as well as build customer relationships through solutions-oriented communications.
  • Mid-Level Technicians focus on teardown, repair, new assembly, calibration, and diagnostics, creating and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with product divisions.
  • Senior Level Technicians coordinate the daily activities of work and employee assignments, guiding their teams with a proactive, positive management style.
  • Field Service Technicians lead service functions to ensure total customer satisfaction, including on-site training of customers and other employees on new products and leveraging sales support activities.
