Start to Rebuild After a Disaster with Emerson Experience

Our experience with disaster recovery has provided us the opportunity to create a comprehensive project management structure. This knowledge ensures that the proper information is received up front, and the right path is followed for efficient recovery.

First, our representatives will contact you after the incident occurs. We understand that the first reaction to a disaster is to go into lock down. We take all the guess work out of building a recovery plan and following through for an optimal turnaround.

Next, we will take the necessary steps to develop the project scope:
  1. Damage Assessment
Upon arrival at your facility, our field technician team will conduct a damage assessment of your entire valve and instrument processes. This assessment will include a detailed inventory of your process control equipment, condition of each component, and recommended actions to bring your process back online in the most efficient way possible.
  2. Inspection & Testing
Each piece of your process control equipment will be physically inspected for damage, cleaned, and dried. Testing will be performed as required to determine the serviceability of each piece of equipment. Recommendations for repair or replacement will be determined.

Once these assessments have been done, we will move forward with the recovery plan, utilizing our superior disaster recovery knowledge and project processes.
