Helicoid® Standard Process Gauges
Helicoid has created the most universal, cost-effective gauge for industry by incorporating a unique combination of innovative design features and superior materials. The 900 Series features the Helicoid exclusive cam and roller movement and can be furnished in, or adapted to, a variety of configurations. These include dry, liquid-filled, sealed, wall, flush or stem mount. This allows the same basic gauge to be used for virtually any application, thereby minimizing the need to inventory special gauges. Quality construction, along with long service life and broad application flexibility means no other gauge offers so much at a competitive price.

- Available in 316SS, Monel 400, or K Monel
- Available in black, yellow, red, green, or blue
- Glass lens is standard
- Blow out back for safety
- Available filled with glycerine, silicone, or Fluorolube
- Standard accuracy +/- 0.5% FS (ANSI B40.1 Grade 2A)
- Recommended ambient temperature range:
- Weather proof: -50 deg F to 160 deg F.
- Glycerine filled: 0 deg F to 120 deg F.
- Silicone filled: -50 deg F to 160 deg F.
- Fluorolube oil filled: -50 deg F to 160 deg F.
- Temperature affect: 1/2% shift in accuracy of every 25 deg F increase over ambient
