This 5-day course is the third in our series of AMS Machinery Manager software courses.
Overview
This course includes a comprehensive look at the RBMview module, Status-at-a-Glance, use of the Nspectr program, and functions and use of the Autostat program. Hands-on practice includes the creation of a class database with example machines and collection of vibration data to be used for problem analysis and reporting in AMS Machinery Manager. Participants will learn to use the analysis and reporting functions of AMS Machinery Manager. Hands-on practice includes the creation of a class database with example machines and vibration data collection on equipment in the lab. This data will be used in problem analysis and reporting using the RBMview module. Hands-on lab exercise incorporates the analysis and reporting functions of the AMS Machinery Manager software.
Prerequisites: Introduction to AMS Machinery Manager, Intermediate Vibration, or 1-year vibration analysis experience, and computer experience with the Windows operating systems is recommended.
