Over the last few years, the Dutch division of the Emerson organisation was systematically restructured in a phased way. The original organization of the company, based on one single division, has been divided in two different departments: ‘sales’ and ‘operations’. The sales department operates on a national level, contrary to the operations department, capable of executing every service on a European level; customer support, project execution etc. The training centre is part of the customer support within the operations department, and focuses not only on the European market, but also addresses the Dutch sales department in order to adjust the courses to the running projects. Considering the previous, it does not come as a surprise that the training centre is an important player in Europe. Both the training centre’s capacity to develop and teach a great amount of courses, and the interaction with the internationally orientated market result in an innovating and interesting learning environment. The greater the variety of problems and learning areas, the greater the amount of knowledge and knowledge fields of the instructors. And that, of course, has its positive effect on the knowledge level of the students. The number of courses given in Europe and in The Netherlands is equally divided; 50% is taught to Dutch companies, and 50% is taught to companies in Europe, Asia and the United States. Only 15% of the students come from divisions of Emerson Process Management.

From Den Haag
Take the A12 (Utrechtse Baan), take the exit Rotterdam/Rijswijk (A4) follow in the direction of Rotterdam/Rijswijk-Zuid/Delft-Noord (A13), then the exit for Delft-Noord/Rijswijk-Zuid/Nootdorp.
From Rotterdam

Take the A13 in the direction of Amsterdam/Den Haag, the the exit for Delt-Noord/Rijswijk-Zuid/Nootdorp.

From Utrecht

Take the A12 in the direction of Den Haag, follow the direction for Delft/Rijswijk/Den Haag-Zuid/Amsterdam (A4), then follow the direction for Rijswijk-Zuid/Delft/Rotterdam (A13). Take the exit Delft-Noord/Rijswijk-Zuid/Nootdorp.

After Delft-Noord/Rijswijk-Zuid/Nootdorp

Follow the road until the Vrijenbanselaan. Then take the first left to enter the Patrijsweg. Visitors for the car part: take the first left and turn left again. This road leads to the parking area in the front of the building. Visitors for the loading and unloading area: Lorries for loading and unloading take the second street on the left. Follow this street (Reigerweg) up until the end. This will bring you to the parking area at the back for trucks.
