Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:

- Use the WEStation Operator Station to monitor and control process variables
- Use the WEStation Software Server and Engineer Workstation to perform all basic engineering functions
- Navigate the file structure and sign out and edit text files
- Create and modify custom graphics
- Create a DPU database
- Manage the system point directory
- Create and modify DPU control programs
- Link control schemes to custom graphics
- Modify and maintain project files for the system
- Download configured software to applicable drops
- Perform required preventive maintenance
- Distinguish between hardware and software problems
- Troubleshoot a WEStation system
- Load and configure the WDPF system
