When installed in a meter tube, Daniel flow conditioner produces a fully developed flow profile downstream of flow obstructions, minimizing swirl and turbulence as gas flows through it.

These straightening vanes provide consistent flow profile, improving meter performance and accuracy. They are installed in the upstream section of meter tubes to reduce flow disturbance preceding the orifice plate.

These strainers capture pipeline debris such as scale, rust, jointing compound and weld metal in pipelines, protecting equipment and processes and reducing downtime and maintenance costs.

Used with all Daniel turbine flow meters, the Universal Preamplifier converts the flow meter’s low-voltage signal output to high-voltage pulses. It amplifies and conditions the pulse, enabling users to connect the meter to flow computers and correctors.
