Wireless Planning Tool

Get Started with Wireless!
Have you wanted to test out wireless technology in your facility before making an investment? Now you can!

With the Wireless Planning Tool, you can upload an aerial image of your facility (or a segment of your facility) and design a wireless network. Then check the network against industry best practices. There is no committment on your part - other than taking the time to give wireless a try.

Note: you can save your network design at the end of your session. In order to save, you will need to create an account.

How to start:

  1. Upload an image of your facility
  2. Set the plot plan
  3. Define scale
  4. Set line of sight
  5. Drag and drop instrument icons to plan your network
  6. Check against best practices
  7. Click on Advanced Features for more wireless capabilities
  8. Save design for future reference

**Note: Microsoft SilverLight is require to launch the Wireless Planning Tool. If you do not have SilverLight installed, the tool will prompt you to install it.
