Repairable-Welded Construction

Repairable-Welded constuction is the most commonly used in industry. In this design all of the connection points are welded except the gasketed sensor module to transmitter flange interface, which allows for the repair of the seal system. In this case, the transmitter can be re-used with replacement remote seals attached.
All-Welded (Vacuum) Construction

The all welded vacuum construction is designed such that the sensor module gaskets are removed and a disk is welded over the sensor isolators. This eliminates the possibility of air being drawn into the seal system in deep vacuum conditions.
