Commissioning MVD Profibus PA Documentation Supplement
The download below will upgrade ProLink II versions 2.2 and higher to ProLink II v2.94.
Important Notes
- A licensed version of ProLink II version 2.2 or higher MUST be currently installed on your PC.
- Do not uninstall ProLink II prior to running this upgrade. If you have uninstalled ProLink II, please reinstall it first from your original media – otherwise, the upgrade will fail.
- During the installation process, the default location will place ProLink II in the same folder as the license files so your license will transfer automatically. Do not change the destination.
- Please extract all files from the attached .zip file before running setup.exe.
If you do not currently own a licensed version of ProLink II, please contact customer service to order a copy. This file will work for upgrades only.

Version2.92, Patch 1H
To install the patch, first unzip the files to a folder on your hard drive, then run the ProLink_II_Patch_1h_v2_92.exe file. On Windows Vista or Windows 7, you must use “Run as administrator” to install the patch. On Windows XP, you must be a member of the Administrators group.
Please be careful with two of your existing database files if you have important data stored in them. Refer to the LearnMore.docx file for more information.
