AMS Suite: Machinery Health Manager software - Vibration Analysis Module

This e-course provides introduction to the Vibration Analysis module in the AMS Machinery Manager v5.2 (or higher) software. The interface of the Vibration Analysis module is very user intuitive and delivers powerful tools for the analysis and comparison of multiple types of data. Course material covers displaying spectra, waveform and trend data as well as using the toolbar for data manipulation. Prerequisite: Familiarity with AMS Machinery Manager software.

Fundamentals of the CSI 2130 Machinery Health Analyzer

    This e-course is provides instruction on performing data collection using the Emerson’s CSI 2130 Machinery Health Analyzer. Guided demonstrations walk the user through the processes of installing necessary drivers, uploading updated firmware, and loading updated or newly purchased programs necessary for data collection.

    The course takes the user through a basic introduction to the analyzer including panel descriptions and reviews of the purpose and function of all connectors, ports, slots, keys, indicators and buttons. The user learns how to load a pre-defined route into the analyzer, take both general and specialized data, and dump that data back into the computer for further diagnostic analysis. Specifics topics covered include:

    AMS Suite: Machinery Health Manager software - Oil Analysis module (OilView)

    This e-course is ideal for both the new and experienced user of Emerson’s onsite oil analysis technologies. Course material demonstrates how to set up and configure the software module, calibration and use of Emerson technology such as the CSI 5200 Machinery Health Oil Analyzer, analyzing oil samples onsite, and data interpretation and basic reporting.
